For this reason, I offer a free consultation with no obligation to hire me. During that consultation I can discuss with you my fees and any likely expenses you might anticipate in your case.
I work hard to keep my fees reasonable. As a small office, I am able to keep expenses low and avoid passing those costs on to clients. I am also happy to discuss a payment plan with you.
Generally:
- Fees are based on the charges, the stage of the case, and the amount of work expected.
- Fees are either a flat-fee rate (i.e. one fee amount covers the entire case regardless of hours worked) or based on an hourly rate.
- While I prefer payment in full up front, I understand that this is not always possible and am happy to discuss a payment plan.
- Credit and debit card payments are accepted.
