Facing a DUI or other impaired driving related charge?
If you have been charged with DUI, physical control or any other impaired driving related charge, I can help. You may have a very short window of time to request a hearing to fight a suspension of your driver's license - I encourage you to speak with an attorney experienced with Washington DUI cases as soon as possible after your arrest.
Over the course of my career I have handled thousands of DUI and other impaired driving related charges. In addition to representing clients facing DUI charges throughout Washington state, I have represented the Washington State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers on the Legislature's Impaired Driving Working Group and advocated for fair, reasonable and effective DUI laws. DUI laws are very complicated and I encourage you to seek the advice of an experienced attorney if you are facing one.
